The Head of People & Culture is critical to the fruition of the ongoing growth through the formulation of a business inspired people strategy that targets talent acquisition, retention, development and rewards programs. Reporting to the CEO and as an active member of the executive team, the role has carriage for all people matters including workforce planning, resourcing, employee relations, talent, performance and reward with a strong focus on coaching and lifting management capability. Whilst an existing role, the next phase of company growth will require a maturing of development programs, greater functional collaboration and a focus on systems and processes to support scale. With an incredibly positive culture and passionate pride in the brand, this role will champion engagement and cultural activities in line with the vision and values.

An appealing proposition, this role is best suited to highly skilled HR generalists who have forged their careers within the retail, hospitality, FMCG, airlines or aligned sectors. Your career profile will need to clearly demonstrate:

- Breadth and depth of HR skills with a strong bias towards talent acquisition, development and retention
- Evidence of ability to partner with leadership teams and contribute beyond your HR functional expertise
- Experience maturing people programs particularly within a growth environment
- Clear indication of measurable achievements that link to business performance

You will need to thrive on the pace of growth and be willing to travel nationally whilst straddling the spectrum of strategic and operational matters.
