Are you a recent graduate eager to start your career in Facilities or Asset Management? Join our team as an **Asset Data Validation Officer **and help maintain the accuracy of our asset data within the BGIS.

**Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Open to recent graduates.

**Locations**: Richmond, Holsworthy or Sydney Metro Locations

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform physical inspections of assets across various base locations.
- Compare located assets with existing CMMS records to identify discrepancies.
- Update outdated asset information in CMMS, including barcodes, make, model, and serial numbers.
- Remove records for decommissioned or disposed assets.
- Create new records for assets found without existing data.
- Conduct final reviews of CMMS records for accuracy in consultation with the Data Remediation Lead.

**Skills**:

- Strong computer skills (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
