**The Role**
Managing the successful Fyshwick Store in the ACT. While the store is open 7 days per week, as Store Manager you will only be required to work Monday to Friday (if you choose). In addition, unlike most retail roles, the opportunity to take annual leave over the Christmas holiday period won't present a problem. You will have a small team of 6 people.

**The Store**
This store is one of the company's higher turnover stores, typically in the top 15 of the 80 stores across Australia.

**Your Background and Experience**
You will have retail store and staff management experience and be a very customer focused, hands on participant on the retail floor with an entrepreneurial spirit. You may be an Assistant Store Manager, seeking the opportunity to step up to a Store Manager role.

**Your Personality and Style**
You must have an outgoing personality and be confident speaking to all types of people at all different levels from blue collar workers to white collar professionals. It is anticipated that you will have a confident, calm and engaging leadership style. You also must possess a strong work ethic and desire to achieve sales growth targets.

**Your Remuneration**
Good Salary + Superannuation + Quarterly Bonus

**Your Vaccination, Citizenship and Visa Status**
You must have COVID double vaccination status and be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
