We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to join us as we open our brand new store at Canberra Outlet

Be part of something bold from the beginning As we open the doors to our brand-new Canberra Outlet store, we're looking for a fearless, driven leader to set the tone, build an empowered DREAMTEAM, and deliver AMAZING from day one. As ASM, you'll support your Store Manager in driving results and creating a dynamic store culture that brings the DECJUBA experience to life. This high-traffic outlet location offers the perfect stage to showcase your leadership, styling flair, and ability to make a real impact.

  • You're passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills

  • You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business

Relaunched in 2008 by Tania Austin, DECJUBA is one of the leading fashion retailers in Australia and New Zealand, growing our footprint from 5 stores to over 140, with two online sites. As a predominately female-led, Australian owned company we believe our DREAMTEAM are our asset, with over 2000 of us delivering AMAZING across our Store Network, Distribution Centre and Head Office based in Melbourne.
