The Quality Coordinator is a pivotal role that assists in all aspects of the quality management system. The role supports both Quality Administration functions and Quality Technical functions as well as our Certification systems.
Responsibilities and approximate weighting is outlined below:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Quality (CI 60-80% FTE approx. 22.5 hrs - 30 hrs)
- Assist the Technical Applications Manager in with a view to backup this position in leave periods. Key support areas include assistance in complaint investigation and processing including the management of SFDC case status, validate and prepare root cause responses, undertake Laboratory & Advantage Services testing.
- Assist the quality team leader to prepare weekly and monthly quality reporting for ANZ and SAPSSA.
- Assist the quality team leader to manage our ISO9001 QMS and FSC Standard across the business and maintain our external certification(s).
- Manage the Hanita warranty claim process
- Actively participate in resolving complaints by assisting the operations team in analysis, design and implementation of corrective actions for quality issues.
- Provide support to the Quality Administrator(s) during absences and peak work periods.
- Conduct periodic audits of the ANZ QMS and FSC and assist in the development of corrective actions
KEY PARTICIPATION:
- Assist in the Development of CI strategy planning and tactical responses (in conjunction with key ANZ and regional Management).
- Development and coordination of national employee training and awareness standards (in conjunction with ANZ Quality and DC Management Team).
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
- Technical Applications Manager (ANZ)
- Quality Team Leader (ANZ)
- Quality Team (ANZ)
- DC Managers (ANZ)
- Operations Manager (ANZ)
TRAVEL:
- Travel to other ANZ sites will be required from time to time
- Travel to customer sites in ANZ will be required from time to time
Key Business Objectives.
- Increased quality support to the commercial Team
- Ability to deliver Quality and ELS improvements within operations
- Improved ability to process quality issues in a timely manner
- increase ability to process peak workloads
**Qualifications**:
- Preference for tertiary qualifications in science or engineering disciplines
- Experience with an established QMS would be advantageous
- Proactive, resourceful, flexible and self-driven individual
- Comfortable working across boundaries and holding self and others accountable
- Professional and competent communicator (both verbal and written)
- Maintain good relationship and communication with internal / external stakeholders.
- Capable and proficient with spreadsheets, databases, word processing, presentation development and technical product data / terms
- Willingness to improve existing processes and systems
