**Join Our Team at Tamarix Eggs - Bangholme, VIC**
Tamarix Eggs is a family-owned egg farm located in Bangholme. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality eggs and delivering excellent customer service across all areas of our business.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our dynamic team. This is a varied role that involves working across several departments, including our on-site retail store, egg production floor, egg farm, rearing farm and making deliveries to cafes across the Melbourne metro area.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service in our retail store
- Basic food handling and preparation
- Maintaining accurate Food Safety & Quality records
- Making and serving coffee (Barista experience preferred)
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and personal presentation
- Grading and packing eggs with care
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas
- Occasionally delivering eggs to clients across Melbourne
- Occasionally assisting in farm duties including animal handling.
- Maintaining accurate Animal Welfare records
**Requirements**:
- Positive “can-do” attitude towards working in a dynamic environment across multiple departments.
- Previous customer service experience
- Valid car driver’s licence
- Availability to work on weekends
