**THE ROLE**

Based in prestigious & beautiful independent private school located on the fringe of the Sydney CBD.

You will be part of the ICT Team and report to the Principal & Database specialist.

Applications include: Maze, iWise, iGloo Portal, Compass SIS, SalesForce, Sage Intaact, Oliver Library System, SchoolBox LMS, Laserfiche document management, EdSmart, Clipboard)

Other duties & responsibilities include but no limited to:

- Work with the Database Administrator to coordinate the escalation of tickets to vendor support.
- Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure all identified problems and issues have been adequately resolved
- Participate in the execution of ICT project deliverables as part of the global ICT plans

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Highly developed problem solving and analytical kills
- Ability to prioritise and work through complex issues
- Previous experience working in a school environment maintaining a database (highly regarded)
