This role will be reporting to the Group Financial Controller and will be a part time role of 4 days a week.

**About the role**:

- Contracts mailbox management and actioning items as necessary
- Manage contract management systems to ensure contracts are registered and managed in accordance with company policies
- Proactively coordinate and perform contract and project administration activities within appropriate workflow pathways and authority limits
- Ensure administrative compliance of contractual obligations including contractual deliverables
- Review all Proposals, Statement of Works, Customer Contracts, and Purchase orders
- Setup and maintenance of Projects / Jobs
- Create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders
- Support in development of appropriate project processes to track invoicing registers and assist with the preparation of monthly invoicing when required
- Preparation of monthly reporting, both internal and external including monitoring of contractual KPIs
- Support the Group Financial Controller with month end reconciliations and accruals
- Improve and develop systems, processes, and procedures
- Assist with any adhoc projects and tasks as requested by the Group Financial Controller when necessary to facilitate a ‘one team’ environment
- Provide timely general business and project support including liaising with customers, crews, and internal & external contractors and suppliers.
