Maintenance Co-ordinator

We have an opportunity available in our Gold Coast Workshop for a Maintenance Co-Ordinator with a high attention to detail, good attitude, quality focused and the willingness to work as part of our team.

Working primarily with our Senior Tool Technician. A high regard for safety is essential.

**Experience / Qualifications**:

- Manual driver’s license C class.
- Forklift ticket preferred.
- 5+ Years experience in Overhauling downhole tools such as Jars, Energizers, Bumper Subs, Motors and Remedial Tools
- Ability to safely use and operate hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow a procedure
- Attention to detail
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic
- A willingness to learn our facility specifics and succeed
- Plan and delegate work scope to Technicians
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
- Have full Australian work rights

**Primary Duties**:

- Direct and Oversee the Tool Technicians in the maintenance of downhole tools.
- Ensuring that the drilling tools are prepared correctly for inspection
- Overhauling of specialty drilling equipment - disassembly, washing and preparing tools
- Responsible and accountable for signing off individual tool overhauls
- Ensure tools are kept presentable and ready for rental
- Perform routine service checks on company equipment
- Run Pre-Shift meetings and safety moments and keep records of such
- Loading and unloading trucks, preparing paperwork as required
- Weekly / Monthly Audits and reporting as requested
- General yard and workshop duties including cleaning/housekeeping/computer and administrative duties to maintain high levels of health and safety

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- overhauling downhole tools: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Driver Licence (preferred)
