**We're Hiring - Operations Assistant**

**Location**: Mannum, South Australia

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

Are you an organised and proactive administrator who thrives on structure, detail, and teamwork? Mid Murray Support Service (MMSS) is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our 2IC Operations Manager and help ensure the smooth functioning of our internal operations.

**About the Role**

As our Operations Assistant, you'll provide high-level support across administrative, compliance, and onboarding functions. Your tasks will include formatting documents, maintaining registers, supporting inductions, conducting audits, and managing internal communications. Your contributions will help streamline our operations, allowing leadership to focus on strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Format, publish, and maintain policies, procedures, and registers
- Draft internal memos and track acknowledgments
- Conduct audits, support compliance checks, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and WHS inductions
- Organise shared drives and archive outdated files
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, training, and internal events
- Deliver site tours and face-to-face inductions as needed
- Maintain professional communication and represent MMSS values

**About You**

**You are**:

- Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
- Tech-savvy and confident with CRMs, Microsoft Office, and file management
- A self-starter who works well both independently and collaboratively
- Proactive, solution-focused, and eager to improve systems

**What You'll Need**
- Proven administration experience (formal qualifications or equivalent experience)
- Aged Care or NDIS experience (highly regarded)
- Valid driver's license and own insured vehicle
- National Police Clearance and DCSI checks

Pay: $35.97 per hour
