**About Orange Sky**

At Orange sky we are on a mission to Positively Connect Communities and we do this by providing the world's-first free mobile laundry and shower service to people experiencing homelessness. We offer a platform for everyday Australians to connect by creating a safe, positive and supportive environment for people who are too often ignored or who feel disconnected from the community.

**The Role**

Support our innovation team to turn ideas into reality You’ll provide support across the logístical and operational tasks required to build and test our innovation ventures; including working with people who use Orange Sky services, our volunteers, partners and external organisations.

In a nutshell, this role is responsible for:

- Support day-to-day of project/venture logistics and experiments to innovate our offering
- Research, shape and own initiatives that contribute to Orange Sky being a more innovative organisation
- Collaborating and ideating with our community of friends, volunteers, supporters and internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities
- Interpret and evaluate learnings from experiments Transitioning or graduating ventures beyond the Delta team to other teams within the organisation

Our perfect fit is an out of the box thinker with knowledge or interest in **Innovation **or **Human Centred Design. **We’re looking for someone with **experience or transferrable skills **in a similar position within a **fast paced high-growth organisation. **An understanding of the non-for-profit sector would also be advantageous.
