**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX publicly listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team with a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. It is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, currently producing circa 400,000 oz. of gold per annum.

**Description**:
The Opportunity

Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, we are currently seeking a Dewatering Supervisor to join the leadership team at our Moolart Well operation. This is a FIFO role, on an 8:6 roster.

About the Role
- Fulfil all statutory responsibilities as assigned by the Site Senior Executive in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations. These include, but are not limited to, the current Mining, Occupational Safety and Health, Dangerous Goods and Environmental Acts and Regulations;
- Actively stay abreast of all pertinent statutory requirements;
- Ensure that all personnel working under the ultimate direction of the Dewatering Supervisor (Contractors and Maintenance Department personnel) are supervised and receive adequate instruction from a responsible person during each shift;
- Supervision of all Operational & Maintenance activities relating to dewatering infrastructure and systems;
- Ensure that applicable Dewatering information is accurately recorded;
- Ensure that all direct reports are trained and competent pertaining to their roles;
- Conduct project work as required by the Maintenance Superintendent and to the agreed standard;
- Maintain regular and effective communication and feedback with peers, subordinates and superiors;
- The structure of this role may vary depending on operational requirements;
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Dewatering Leading Hand;
- You will be safety focused;
- Time Management skills for self and subordinates;
- Ability to task prioritisation and Leadership skills with the capability to manage a team;
- Hold a current WA class C manual drivers' licence;
