Overview
- **Description**: Join our team as the Sales and Marketing Manager, in a role focused on growing and developing the Licensing department and Water Manager business, though you will be in contact with all departments of the business.
- **Day to Day**: This is a full-time role in a dynamic and busy environment, that requires learning about the water licensing regulations and relevant processes in WA, a strong appetite for sales, good team management skills, excellent organisation and time management, and a great attitude You are not expected to have knowledge in this field specifically, as this is a new market - you will learn what you need to know as you get settled into the role.

- **Location**: We will be working from our office in Herne Hill.

We operate in water licence consulting and trading, this is a new service in the market. We also drill bores, install pumps, solar systems, and we design & build irrigation systems.

Our **goal **is to be the go-to for our selected service offering, for high-end residential & small commercial properties around Perth.
- We want to **make a real difference** in the water industry - by setting a high standard of work, excellent customer service, timely work, and doing so across each one of our integrated services, something that no one else does. We are looking for a go-getter to join our journey.

Areas of Focus

Sales and Marketing Management
- The goal is to **grow our business with a focus on the water licensing services** and enable this market, which is still in its infancy, to develop itself, driven by you.
- You will work on developing, coordinating and implementing the marketing strategy for our licensing business.
- Your main focus will be on generating new sales and establishing relationships with clients, with a particular focus on the larger projects related to water licensing services.
- You will be required to have an understanding of the regulations and water licensing processes with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation.
- We are an integrated water services provider, so you will work closely with our Drilling and Services teams to deliver a truly seamless experience in our integrated service offering.

Experience & Personal Traits
- Experience in a management role in sales or marketing (required) for a trades / small businesses (preferred).
- Proven positive results in business development, marketing and new lead generation, as well as sales and customer service.
- Experience with liaising with government agencies for the service provided (preferred).
- Knowledge in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PDFs, Online Systems (required).
- Tech-savvy and use of up to date technology, spotting areas of inefficiency where we can use automation tools to overcome those.
- Excellent organisation skills, time management and efficiency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for both team and client interactions. Strong skills in oral and written English (Native level).
