As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**You’ll achieve this by**:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
always Engaging and supervising the children
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

**About Goodstart Tweed Heads**:
Goodstart Early Learning Tweed Heads is an innovative service delivering education and care to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years of age. Our proximity to the M1, provides a seamless route to the centre and local schools, making the drop offs and pickups a smooth transition when you are on your way to work, study and home.

Our fully air-conditioned centre offers 5 rooms, for children to begin their education journey. Our 2 Nursery rooms are designed for children 6 weeks to 2 years to explore and discover through an interactive nurturing and safe environment. Our Toddler room allows children to discover their interests and socialise in an environment that offers independence as well as support for development.

Our preschool rooms are designed for children’s planning. Their interests and thoughts are paramount to the development of a holistic program. Preschool 1 lays the foundation for the essential learning that takes place in our Preschool 2 room. Our Early Childhood Teachers ensure your child can develop the skills needed for a successful transition into the next stage of their education journey.
