**The role**

We are currently looking for a law clerk to join our General Insurance team in our Melbourne office on a casual, flexible basis, with the opportunity to work up to 38 hours per week during holidays.

You will be working directly with a Partner and a range of lawyers in an excellent team and will be provided with appropriate training and support.

You will have the opportunity to undertake meaningful work for real clients, including:

- Reviewing and redacting documents for production in response to Subpoenas, Summonses and Freedom of Information requests; and
- Conducting legal research.

From time to time, there will be other opportunities, including:

- Developing technical skills in areas such as drafting and disclosure; and
- Participating in team meetings, training and continuing legal education programs.
