**About the Department**:

**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Drafting and preparing briefs, meeting papers and supporting documents to ensure alignment to the unique service delivery environment and rich culture of Norfolk Island;
- Preparing responses to departmental and Ministerial correspondence;
- Coordinating and managing governance processes including risk management and reporting requirements;
- Liaising with officers across the department at a range of levels to both provide advice and seek input on Norfolk Island education service delivery matters;
- Providing secretariat support to committees where required; and
- Ensuring the bespoke policy and procedure manual is updated and reflective of the unique legislative environment of Norfolk Island.
