Our client is one of the most iconic dairy companies in Western Australia. We are currently seeking a Process Operator/Cleaner to join their team.

The hours of work can vary each week and is dependent on production requirements, so we are looking for someone that is flexible with days/hours. Ideally, we are looking for someone to work in the production area 2-3 days a week, as well as 1 day a fortnight assisting with maintaining/improving high housekeeping standards. Start times are generally anywhere between 6am-8am with finish times varying between 2pm-5pm.

This role is for an immediate start.

Job duties:

- Operate food processing equipment - full training provided
- Participate in processing, packaging & labelling product
- Ensure that food products are processed and prepared by following standards of cleanliness, hygiene and quality
- You may be working in a cool room environment
- Complete associated paperwork where required to meet compliance
- Cleaning all machines and work area at end of each production day
- Adhere to food hygiene standards
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Assist to maintain/improve high housekeeping standards.

To be considered for this role, applicants need to demonstrate the following experience:

- Previous food manufacturing/food handling preferred
- Physically fit - heavy lifting required and standing for long periods
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to undergo training and adhere to Workplace Health and Safety regulations.
- Own transport required - public transport is not accessible due to work hours
