**Window Cleaner - Team Leader**

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced window cleaner to join our rapidly growing team to manage one of our vans. As a team leader you will be representing Henderson & Co Cleaning, to our customers and potential customers. It is important to maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times. It is also your responsibility to ensure your team is working effectively and safely. We expect you to treat customers' homes with respect and ensure your team does too; You are not just responsible for yourself and the work you do but also that of your colleagues.

We will offer between 30 - 40 hours per week working outdoors and indoors on a variety of domestic and commercial jobs. You will be working in a team and have access to our van, equipment, a uniform and all the support you need to be successful in this role. We pay above industry standard award wages.

We are looking for energetic fit workers interested in making a long-term commitment.

About you:

- Available to work some weekends as required
- Must have or be willing to get: Police Certificate, White Card and Working with Children Card or be willing to obtain these
- Full Australian driver's license
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- The willingness to climb a ladder (not afraid of heights)
- Physically fit (you will need to be able to lift and carry ladders) and enjoys working outside in all weather conditions
- Squeegee experience and water-fed pole experience ESSENTIAL.
- Attitude and commitment are very important

Applicants must have at least 1+ years of window cleaning experience and be able to work with window cleaning equipment including working on ladders and roofs. It is desirable, but not essential, for you to have experience managing others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
