Don’t like sitting behind a desk? Great, because we don’t want you to spend any more time than is absolutely necessary doing paperwork. We want you on the shop floor working beside your team - leading from the front You will get your hands dirty and be on the go all day every day; helping customers, accepting deliveries, breaking down pallets, merchandising, ticketing and training your staff so that they perform to your high standards.

As the Store manager you will be responsible for:

- Achieving sales, wage and shrinkage KPIs.
- Building Customer Loyalty.
- Leading and motivating your team.
- Managing store rosters, expenses & budgets.
- Staff training.

For success in this role you will also have the following:

- 2-3 years Store Management experience (apparel).
- A flare for merchandising
- Positive attitude with lots of initiative.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Passion for retail and bargains.
- Be a team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Brilliant time management skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Retail Management (Apparel): 3 years (preferred)
