Liquor Store Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
To succeed in the role will need to lead the team in the day-to-day operations of the store, Be responsible for but not limited to:

- Assist with ordering and stock control
- Pick & packing on-line orders
- Assist with maintaining a positive culture within the store
- Stocktaking and inventory control
- Drive sales with merchandising excellence and compliance to head office implemented marketing campaigns and store standards.
- Roster employees in line with operational requirements and budgets
- Help inspire and lead the store team with a focus to deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our customers and team

Skills & Experience:
You must have a customer first mentality, love to lead from the front and have a genuine passion for retail. You will need integrity and flexibility with a proactive approach.
- Preferred management experience with a sound knowledge of retail liquor operations for a minimum of 3 years
- RSA
- Flexible working hours with Weekend work
- The role is bases in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne in a newly renovated store

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Altona, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
