We are looking for an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) to shape the future of Podium Property Insights: a product that will help create workplaces where people and business thrive. You’ll work with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, Data and fellow Designers located around the world. This exciting and varied end-to-end role is ideal for the individual who loves wearing multiple hats across the design process and is obsessed with crafting thoughtful, beautiful and scalable experiences that add value to our customers.

**What you’ll do**
- Create engaging and delightful end-to-end experiences that blend user needs with business goals
- Collaborate with the product team and key stakeholders to understand our customers, define product requirements and ship features
- Help develop our design system by working with other designers to create patterns and components
- Contribute to our research efforts to better understand our customers and validate new designs and concepts

**Key Accountabilities typically may include**:

- Providing advanced level input throughout the product lifecycle (including pre-sales), illustrating design ideas using collateral (storyboards, diagrams, process flows, sitemaps etc).
- Research, ideation, innovation, prototyping and testing of designs, providing insights and ways to improve product quality and output
- Leading and empowering the team to work with cross-functional teams, influencing at a business unit level
- Utilise an iterative approach to facilitate continuous feedback, thereby influencing and enhancing on-going product feature development
- Leading customer interviews, workshops and documenting customer research
- Ensuring all designs comply with industry standards, best practice and regulatory requirements.

**About you**
- 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- Have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve customer problems and drive strong business outcomes
- Deep knowledge of design principles for Web and Human-centred design
- Experience with data visualisation product design, or similar would be great, but not essential
- Great attention to detail, with strong UX/UI/Interaction design skills
- Familiarity working in Figma and other design prototyping tools
- Experience collaborating successfully with developers, designers, product managers, and other team members in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
