**The Role**
As the Social Media Strategy Manager, you’ll:
- drive strategy by developing long-term social media platform strategies aligned with SBS’s bold vision and unique brand
- foster innovation by leading cross-platform strategies, exploring emerging technologies, and keeping SBS at the cutting edge of social media innovation;
- lead and inspire by mentoring a high-performing team, designing efficient operational frameworks, and promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and well-being;
- leverage data by implementing robust analytics to track performance, uncover trends, and inform key decisions across the organisation; and
- collaborate and influence by working closely with stakeholders and platform partners to deliver initiatives that elevate SBS’s social presence and audience engagement.
**About You**
We’re looking for a leader with at least 7 years of experience in social media management, with proven success across multiple platforms. You’ll have a track record of developing and implementing innovative social strategies in a leadership role, expertise in social media analytics, data visualisation, and tools like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Sprout Social, and Tableau, strong skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, and a passion for inspiring audiences, embracing diversity, and driving meaningful cultural storytelling.
