On a Roll Sushi at Birtinya is looking for a **sushi roll maker and back kitchen chef/cook **who can:

- Work flexible hours between Monday - Sunday. *We prefer someone who can work full time / lots of hours and **can work during the day** on weekdays

As a **chef / cook**, you'll be responsible for:

- Preparing hot meals and food in the back kitchen
- Food preparation
- Cleaning and keeping the kitchen tidy

As a **sushi maker**, your main role will be to:

- Make sushi rolls and nigiris
- Serve it to customers

Hours could be morning/afternoon/evening shift during weekdays or weekends, from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm.
