**Join Our Team**:
We are currently seeking passionate Community Support Workers to join our team of dedicated professionals in _**Campbelltown NSW **_and surrounding area which include but is not limited to:_ **Elderslie NSW.**_
- **Early morning: Monday to Sunday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM.**:

- **Afternoon/Evening: Monday to Sunday, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM.**

**Your Role**:

- **Provide 1:1 quality support** and meet the requirements of the clients based on their individual needs and in line with their goals.
- Assist our clients to live independently in their **own homes.**:

- Assist clients in accessing the community
- Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals
- Provide personal care
- Support clients with judgment and decision making
- Monitor client behaviour
- Maintain accurate records and report writing
- Provide feedback to the relevant Client Services Manager.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
- Previous experience in a related industry or service to undertake the range of activities required.

**What You'll Need**:

- Driver License and use of a registered vehicle
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 - Provide first aid)
- NDIS Workers Check
- Up to date COVID19 Vaccination Certificate (2 vaccinations + Booster)
