About the Role
- Manage and respond to patient correspondence in relation to patient charges, and requests in relation to the management of outstanding fees.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the specialist area including new developments, legislation and industry standards.
- Provide accurate and timely reports or updates as requested.
- Undertake debt follow up of all outstanding debts through communication and negotiation with patients and third parties as required.
- Maintain customer data and information to enable effective and efficient submission and follow up of patient hospital accounts.
