**About the Role**:
As the business grows, so must the individuals who make the magic happen (i.e. the team). An opportunity now exists for a customer-service focused, energetic, and passionate casual Retail Manager to join the team at Poolwerx Dural. Hours are flexible to be negotiated to suit the business and your needs, however weekend work will be required.
Our training program will provide our new Team Member with the necessary skills to complete the major job functions including:

- Managerial reporting and end of day tasks
- Rostering and scheduling of team members and tasks
- Water testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutions
- Stock control and merchandising
- Store opening and cash handling

**Skills and Experience**:

- minimum 3 years management experience
- ability to manage and motivate staff
- self-motivated and able to think on your feet/problem solve
- highly organised and able to work autonomously
- a positive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
