**The Role**
- DFO location with strong clientele network.

**About You**
- **Management experience in a premium/luxury environment with medium to large teams.**:

- An inspiring leader passionate about instilling growth and development within your team.
- Dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Clientele & VIP experience maintaining customer relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI’s.
- Experience with financial documents such as P&L, and sales and stock reports.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in training, coaching and performance management.
- Sales and results driven.
