Student Success Coach

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Student Success Coach to help students overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals. You will work one-on-one with students to develop and monitor Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), providing personalized coaching, mentoring, and guidance on study pathways, personal development, and career options.

This role involves collaborating with teaching staff, connecting students with support services, and delivering workshops and information sessions. Reporting to the Student Success Coach Program Lead, you will also participate in a Community of Practice to enhance coaching strategies and service delivery.

This role also supports the VET Student Experience Co-ordinator in developing digital resources for onboarding students to set new VET students up to succeed.

We seek a dynamic individual with experience in educational support, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping diverse learners succeed.

**About You**
**To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities**:

- Demonstrated experience in related work and study assistance including; vocational assistance, study support, recruitment, career guidance and employment services
- Experience with high priority cohort would be desirable
- Experience in video production and CANVAS resource development
- A proven record of managing customer enquiries and a demonstrated commitment to customer service including follow up and closure activities

**Qualifications**
A post graduate degree or vocational qualification in Career Counselling, Community Services, Vocational Training and Assessment with subsequent relevant experience; extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or knowledge of the VET sector
