The Hills IGA Local Grocer is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a retailer, cashier, and barista. In this role, you will work with a dynamic team that has assisted in winning our store the Local Grocer of the Year award multiple times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate registers and handle transactions accurately
- Process transactions quickly and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Take orders for food and beverages and serve customers promptly
- Brew coffee and prepare other beverages according to customer preferences
- Order supplies and products as needed to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Receive and organize incoming deliveries
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and store areas
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stocks to the management team
- Ensure that all sales and refunds are processed accurately
- Follow all safety and security procedures in the store

Qualifications (preferable):

- Prior experience in cash handling, serving customers, ordering products, and making coffee
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $21.38 per hour
