Our specially designed Mountain Creek centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm and boasts natural play environments, open-plan rooms, abundant and age-approximate learning resources, separate playgrounds, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to cater to 125 children.

**_About you: _**
**You’re an experienced Assistant Centre Manager who can commit to 5 days per week.**
You have a passion for delivering high-quality care and an inclusive leadership style. You’re highly organised with a confident communication style to build exceptional relationships with families. Your leadership style will motivate your team to empower our children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience and self-awareness. Through engaging conversation with the team, you are laying the foundation for high quality care.

**_You will possess:_**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- Great personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
- Experience to lead an awesome team
