They are looking for the right Floor Staff to join their team in a new store in Gasworks, Fortitude Valley, opening in September.

**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Floor Staff to join a new team bringing the Milky Lane experience to The Valley. If you have energy to spare and thrive on creating an exceptional experience for your customers, this is the role for you.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar environment and love working as part of a vibrant team. You will have outstanding people skills and model the Milky Lane values and brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate in a fast paced environment
- Undertake all floor staff/FOH duties as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate as part of a dynamic team
- Ensure you are creating a fun environment and delivering the full Milky Lane experience for customers
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
- Ability to undertake different roles as required by the Manager
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Great work ethic
