W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring a Wheels Supervisor. Our Wheels Supervisor takes the initiative to lead our Concierge Team in delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. You will provide our guests with the '**W**' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:

- Outstanding guest service skills
- Experience in supervising a team
- Open Driver’s License
- Experience with Opera property management system
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Energised in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts
