A Security Officer opportunity in Canberra for 12 months starting immediately, up to $65/hr + super (APS6)

**Your new role**
On a day to day, you’ll be accountable for leading packages of work in support of delivering a secure project in a whole-of-government security context.
- Perform the review of risk assessments and prepare supporting evidence to implement risk treatments or acceptance of risk
- Identify potential security incidents for the upcoming project and determine appropriate steps to mitigate this risk
- Develop and support key internal and external relationships
- Assist in updating relevant security policies and procedures in support of the project

**What you'll need to succeed**
You’ll have worked in a similar environment where attention to detail is key. Previous experience as a Security Officer within the APS is highly desirable.
- NV1 Security Clearance
