**The Role**:
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:

- End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll, nationally
- Processing new employees, termination and related payments
- Accurate data entry of all payroll-related changes and adjustments
- Processing salary adjustments - novated leases, car parking, LWOP, superannuation sacrifice, etc.
- Assisting in the processing of PAYG, payroll taxes and superannuation
- Maintenance of accurate payroll, employee and leave records
- Monitoring and keeping abreast of changes to employment and payroll legislation
- Generation of payroll reports
- Assistance with month-end accounting duties, with regards to payroll-related items

**What skills and experience you bring**:

- Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience
- Experience with iCHRIS/CHRIS21 system (highly desirable)
- Effective verbal, written, communication, organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to direct and utilises personal energies as appropriate to the task or situation
- Capacity to be creative in finding solutions to problems
