**About the Role**:
As AGM, you’ll work closely with our owner to help direct the future of Input, playing a key role in shaping our vision and delivering an outstanding member experience. This is not your average 9-to-5 role - you’ll need to connect with staff and members during AM, PM, and weekend hours, building a genuine community spirit.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Leading and inspiring a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional service.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the club’s smooth functioning.
- Contributing to strategic planning and membership growth initiatives.
- Engaging directly with members to understand their goals and create a welcoming environment.
- Supporting class schedules, group fitness sessions, and personalised programming where required.
- Assisting in marketing campaigns to drive member engagement and retention.
