Cater Care is delighted to be working with one of the region's most prestigious schools, providing high quality food services to hungry students. An integral part of the team is the Assistant Manager, who will play a crucial role in our Food & Beverage team on a permanent full-time basis.
**The Role**:
Management of site & all contract scoped catering services
Contribute to menu planning & stock ordering
Team management, development & leadership
Ensure compliance to health & safety regulations, implementing improvements where required
Staff rostering & recruitment
**Skills and Experiences**:
Trade Certificate (or equivalent)
Similar experience operating kitchens and/or supporting site management
Food Safety Certification
Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm
Clear communication ability and good customer service skills
