**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop lift plans in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential safety or logístical issues.
- Assist with safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and update lift planning software and equipment databases.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in crane lift planning.
- Strong understanding of crane systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions based on data and analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in structural analysis and finite element analysis would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, Occupational Health and Safety regulations, and environmental regulations would be beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role requires liaising with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

To fit with our clients existing team, you will be a reliable team player, with a flexible, positive attitude, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn and follow processes.

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
