**Position Summary**:
**Working with the Learning Design team in the Participant Learning Hub, your tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Collaborating on the development of innovative approaches to adult learning and educational technology.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders on projects and programs.
- Managing project milestones, tracking timelines, and scoping program development.

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- An undergraduate degree and qualification in Learning Design, Training, or Education.
- At least two years of Learning Design (or equivalent) experience.
- Strong understanding of learning theories, pedagogical principles, and learning technologies.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems and design platforms (Canvas, Articular Suite, Rise/Storyline) - preferable.
- Experience in leading projects and managing timeframes.
