**Your opportunity**
- Our Facilities and Risk and Security Teams are vital in maintaining our Westfield Living Destinations, ensuring extraordinary experiences in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment daily. As the _**_Regional Compliance Coordinator_**_, you will support the NSW centre teams, to support the delivery of critical risk and compliance outcomes, and to help embed our People Protecting People culture across day-to-day operations. _
- Key responsibilities for this role:_
- _You partner with centre teams, as well as provide support and feedback to the Regional Manager on the delivery of our key operations pillars including Safety and Building Compliance_
- _You drive engagement with centre teams to deliver operational excellence._
- _You drive excellence in risk, compliance, and life safety trends across centres in the NSW, including identification and mitigation opportunities._
- _You support the centre teams through setting clear expectations of compliance requirements, including completion of key audits and inspections when required._
- _You play a key role in supporting the centre teams, as well as contractors, to review and deliver recommendations from routine audits, inspections and internal reviews including identifying opportunities to collectively deliver outcomes across region._
- _You partner closely with the Security Assurance Analyst to provide regional support to centres to deliver security compliance initiatives. _
