**About the Opportunity**

**You will also**:

- Perform supply market data analysis and recommend suppliers and vendors to the business. Identify and is knowledgeable of industry trends and category strategies to recommend linkages to business needs.
- Use Data Analytics and reporting to provide insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive engagements, resolve issues and involve stakeholders as needed. Interface with other sourcing operations teams, business units and legal & risk partners for each transaction.
- Interpret and communicate contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposures to key stakeholders, including sourcing professionals and business units. Perform regular performance monitoring and review of key suppliers.
- Support sourcing process compliance. Educate key stakeholders about commercial, legal, policy and other considerations in support of the negation process.
- Assist in the development and education of team members around operational and strategic sourcing.
- Ensure supplier and contract data is submitted or entered into the management systems and databases.
- Develop and lead Australian triage process ensuring each requisition is handled by the appropriate buyer based on complexity and category. Establish and maintain procedures, resolve issues and involves stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

**About you**

We are looking for a team-player, who thrives on building and maintaining relationships. You will have end to end procurement services experience as part of a large organization and a history of providing exceptional vendor management.

**You will also have**:

- Three to Five years related work experience.
- Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills required.
- A high level of data analysis, reporting and negotiation skills.
- Flexible working hours to work with stakeholders across different time zones, mostly America, Europe and Australia, is required. This is about 10%-20% per week.
- Chartered Institute for Procurement and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent certification preferred
- Financial Services industry experience and/or experience working in a global matrixed organization; and
