Perched on the corner of Norwest Boulevard, our spacious 4,651 sqm Norwest club is your go-to location for work, rest and play in the Hills District. Inside you'll find 5 large studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, indoor climbing wall, luxury changeroom amenities, Club-V creche facilities and our Swimsters swim school for the kids, and a bright café for unwinding post-workout.

**Your gig**
- You'll provide heartfelt service and deliver exceptional swim management in line with our customer experience strategy and brand standards to children (and adults)
- You'll manage the delivery of the swim experience creating an environment where swimsters are so engaged and entertained, they don't even realise they're learning to swim.
- You'll oversee the wide range of swimming age and skill levels to ensure all suitably is assessed while embracing feedback and suggestions to improve swim program delivery.?
- You'll keep the Learn to Swim area safe and clean... considering equipment and surrounds.?
- You'll maximise timetabling efficiencies, m aintain ratios and oversee day-to-day bookings.
- You'll r ecruit, c oach, develop and motivat e the sw imsters team to achieve agreed targets.
- You'll w ork to achieve membership and revenue and to operate within agreed expense budgets, with accountability for the overall financial performance of swimsters.
- You'll l iaise with the HOD ('Head of Dept') team to assess, monitor and improve swimsters strategies and support the team where possible.
- You'll always find ways to give our members that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected.

**All about you**
- You have your A USTSWIM certificate, 2+ years leadership experience in a swim school, your first aid, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and your Working with Children Check. You may also have your Infant and Preschool Aquatics qual, Access and Inclusion qual or Teacher of Adults qual. A+ for you.
- You have aligned experience. You love to create educational (yet entertaining) swim lessons, building trust and safe ty. You 're well versed across various ages and skill levels.
- You are people-focused, patient and understanding. You enjoy teaching children to swim. Delivering supreme swim experiences makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside.?
- You are self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can connect with anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're authentic when you express yourself. People trust you.
- You are driven. You're perceptive, you ask questions and you strive to understand. You enjoy solving problems. You don't get flustered easily. You're comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to skilfully handle feedback and complaints.
