**About the role**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated Human Resources Co-Ordinator to join our team. You will be supporting the Human Resources Manager across a broad range of activities.

Each day will be different however the below list gives an idea of what you will be doing:

- Payroll processing
- Assist with recruitment activities including:

- Advertise vacant positions via appropriate approved channels
- Screen applicants
- Conduct phone interviews
- Arrange walkthroughs and face to face interviews
- Reference Check Applicants, Conduct Work rights check
- Arrange Pre-Medical appointments and paperwork
- Advise successful and unsuccessful applicants
- Conduct Inductions, generate induction packs and create new employee files
- Filing, typing and other admin duties as required

**Skills and experience**
- Enjoy interacting with people across a broad spectrum of backgrounds.
- Positive people person.
- Fantastic communicator both written and verbal with good English skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude to work
- Ability to follow processes
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, have a laugh and engage with all levels of staff.
- Experience in recruitment and payroll is great however not necessary, we will train the right applicant
- HR qualification is a bonus however if you don’t have this but think you have the skills and personality to fit get in touch with us
