Are you interested in being creative, can speak some Italian, and eager to make a meaningful impact? We are looking for vibrant and dedicated support workers to join our team and bring joy and enrichment to a client's life

**About the Role**:
We are seeking **Female** Disability Support Workers to work with our new male client in **Preston** with Autism. For this role ideally you will be able to converse in Italian with our client and have experience with Autism and Behaviour management.

We are looking for staff for an immediate start, we have the below shifts available:

- Tuesday: 12pm - 4pm (Weekly)
- Thursday: 4pm - 8pm (Weekly)
- Saturday: 11am - 5pm (every second Saturday)
- Sunday: 12pm - 5pm (every second Sunday of the calendar month)

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide one-on-one support to a client living in Preston, helping them navigate daily activities and community engagements.
- Some personal care will be required, however client will mainly need to be prompted
- Use your artistic interests to engage the client in arts and crafts, music, and creative projects.
- Ability to communicate or speak some Italian with our client would be a plus
- Manage behaviours of concern with patience and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to converse in Italian would be a plus
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Experience managing behaviours of concern
- Capable of performing active night duties
- Experience with autism and epilepsy support would be highly regarded

**Essential Licenses**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check** - must be current**:

- Working with Children Check** - must be current**:

- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality Safety and you
- First Aid and CPR Certificate** - must be current**:

- Australian Driver's License
- Comprehensive Insurance on your vehicle
