Identity and Access Management Lead

Identity and Access management practice is a relatively new dedicated function within the Information Security team. The primary focus of the role is lead the ongoing maturity uplift of illion workforce, privileged and customer identity and access management culture, processes and technologies.
- Refresh and maintain the strategy and roadmap for workforce, privileged and customer identity access management.
- Lead the security policies, processes as it relates to IAM
- Uplift identity access management maturity for illion group.
- Lead the identity and access management matters in projects.
- Subject matter consultancy to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Own and operate illion customer identity and access management solution (Auth0).
- Own and operate workforce SSO solution (Azure AD).
- Own and operate privileged access management solution (Delinia).
- Own the user access reviews.
- Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes that may include security/authorisation set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
- Responsible for resolving issue, support requests, etc.
- Ensure identity and access management solutions operate within SLAs.

**Qualifications** The experience and qualifications you’ll need to be successful**
- Degree in Information Technology.
- CISSP or other relevant Security industry Qualification is desirable.
- Previous experience operating one or more of customer identity access management, workforce identity access management, privileged access management solutions
- Knowledge and experience of relevant IDAM tools and solutions
- General knowledge of ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2 and other associated standards and protocols
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the identity access management landscape.
