We are seeking an enthusiastic dental assistant to join our friendly team. Based at two prime Melbourne locations, Lincoln Dental is a leading dental clinic with expert and quality dental care services.

**About the role**

As a part time dental assistant, you will be required to help dentists provide excellent patient care with greatest degree of professionalism. You will provide our patients with exceptional service and help the practice to grow.

**Skills and experience**
- Assist the dentist with all treatments and procedures.
- Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
- Work with the computerized dental software
- Dental4Windows and Exact.
- Helping with the administrative work.
- Work with the team to deliver efficient, effective and productive services.
- Maintain the highest level of infection control and patient confidentiality.
- Prepare examination and surgical rooms by sterilising instruments and moving equipment into place
- Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records
- Perform routine dental cleanings and assist in the performance of more complicated surgical procedures
- Demonstrate accountability
- You will possess strong people skills, a can do attitude and excellent clinical & communication ability.
- Able to work effectively as a team member and committed to excellent and long term patient care.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
