We’re hiring Consultants to join our growing team in Australia. If you're determined to become an expert in all things 'Salesforce' and work with renowned software/tech companies, charities, luxury brands & travel companies, this is for you

**Role description**
As a Consultant, you'll work alongside the Sales team leads to implement new instances of Salesforce for our clients. You'll have technical implementation experience and be skilled at managing relationships. Customer success is at the heart of what we do - you'll deliver unique solutions to a range of clients across the UK and Europe.

We encourage all employees to continue their professional development. Over time you'll become a consultant that own projects from strategy, design and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment.

**Location**

You'll be based in either our Brisbane or Melbourne office.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce product suite
- Consulting and/or technology implementation experience.
- Some experience managing the design & implementation of technology across multiple projects at a time.
- Be confident in managing key stakeholder relationships.
- Experience defining strategy, understanding clients' business processes, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
- Ability to travel to client sites
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Additional Salesforce Certifications are an advantage.
- Understanding of Agile Delivery methodology an Advantage
- Industry Experience in Professional Services, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, NFP and Manufacturing is desirable.
