**About You**

An excellent opportunity exists for **Cleaners** to deliver the best possible cleaning services in a residential aged care setting. Darvall Lodge provides high level care to residents, within a warm, homely environment at our 60-bed residence located at Noble Park. Your duties will include:

- General cleaning of resident rooms
- General cleaning of common areas and office spaces within the facility
- Floor Cleaning
- Toilet and Bathroom Cleaning
- Chemical Management
- Adherence to OHS requirements

You should be highly organised and self-motivated, someone who can manage their time and be flexible with their workloads. If you have experience within aged care or in a similar setting, we offer a great team to work with and a supportive working environment.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience ideally within Aged Care or Community Care environment
- Must be flexible and self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a genuine care for older people
- Current valid Police Check and a Valid Australian Working Visa are required prior to employment
- Computer skills and ability to use Microsoft office
- Smart phone and access to home internet required
- Certificate II or more in hospitality is highly desirable

**NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Australian Federal Police Check)**
Royal Freemasons is a NDIS approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees, contractors, labour hire and volunteers must have a completed NDIS check. This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement as well as an **International Police Check** for those that have lived overseas for 12 months or more within the last 10 years.

**Mandatory Vaccines **All aged care workers must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine, all successful applicants will be required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
