**About the Job**:

We’re looking for an IT Technician to manage our internal network and systems. You’ll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. You’ll also handle IT procurement, configuration, and documentation while staying updated on industry trends. If you're passionate about IT and eager to make an impact, this is the role for you.

***Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage the company’s internal network, computers and related equipment.
- Provide technical support, including software installation, updates, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Assist in the procurement, configuration, and inventory management of IT equipment.
- Support the smooth operation of internal software system and promptly resolve issues encountered by users.
- Develop and update IT operation and maintenance-related documentation and manuals.
- Communicate with other IT team or third-party vendors to ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles.
- Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Office Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft eco-system including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
