***The **Opportunity**

The Mount Private Hospital is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused CSSD Instrument Technician / Endoscopy Technician to join their busy team on a casual basis, which can lead to a part-time/full-time contract.

**About You**

You will be an experienced Technician with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric focus. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced and promoting positive team culture, communicating and offering help to team members and liaising with other staff as required to create an experience that makes a difference.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Have a completed Certificate 3 in Sterilisation or related discipline
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the role
- Knowledge of the AS5369 2023 / GENCA standards is essential
- Knowledge of equipment relative to the clinical area, including, infection control, washing, sterilising, troubleshooting, wrapping/packing, pre-use testing
- Knowledge of IT systems including, MS Office, Riskman, webPas, MaQS tracking system and e-learning (desirable)
- Following the Work, Health and Safety processes for patients, staff, specific departments, and reporting hazards
