**The 2IC role**

As a 2IC or Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This will include:

- Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
- Support with ensuring your program in compliance according to industry regulations.
- Interact with our parents and help them with enquiries wherever possible
- Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc when the Director can't attend.
- Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
- Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program

**You**
- You’re passionate about kids, have loads of energy and can just love to have fun
- You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude
- Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you
- You have outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written
- You are looking for stable, permanent part time hours
